"I had been with Allstate for 21 years the same Office in Queens and before that my mom was with them for 14 years and had A non-drivable car that they continue to charge me full price full coverage, telling me that was the only Option For two years straight, then a friend told me I could put it on some type of hold because it wasn’t able to move and it would be a quarter of the price and they acted like they never heard of this until I let them know I was switching then all of a sudden they started responding and offering me this insurance. She offered me that type of insurance without me even asking which was unbelievable and she was kind and she stayed on top of everything she didn’t just take the sale and then forget about me anytime I sent her a message. She responds right back offering. Her help in Anyway I couldn’t ask for an easier or better transition, especially from someone who didn’t want to switch, but it’s only been roughly a year and the difference in CUSTOMER SERVICE is Unbelievable With Shannon and State Farm people actually care and go out of their way to help you With all your questions or paperwork to make your day easier And treat you like they know you from day one I couldn’t be more grateful that I was able to get her from my first call looking for new insurance and I will never switch I’d give 25 stars if I could !!"
