"Sandra Simpson just saved me thousands of dollars by asking
precise questions, listening carefully to my answers and following up to clarify, kindly, my responses. No one when I moved from a Long Island home into a Manhattan Co-op apartment ever explained the difference between a "home owners" insurance policy and a "co-op apartment" policy. There can be a Huge difference. From this first encounter, I say Sandra Simpson is an agent to trust."

"Janice Perciballi was excellent in supporting our need for Rental Insurance. The Condo and Owner had requested an Umbrella Policy over and above the General Liability. Janice was kind enough to explain that this was most likely overkill, and would cause unnecessary cost. We went back to the Condo / Owner questioning this requirement and offered alternatives, which were excepted and enabled us to move forward with Janice and State Farm. "I am a huge procrastinator and this office did not help me at all in fixing this. I showed up there with my auto insurance about to expire in 7 days looking to switch over and save money.
They not only got my policy renewed, but they saved me money as well. Then they went on and switched my homeowners policy and saved me money on that as well.
The nerve of these people helping me with all this and doing absolutely nothing to assist me with my procrastination. Now I feel like they can do anything and i have no reason to start early.
That was my attempt at comedy.
Really, they are an amazing group that went well above and beyond to assist me in a stressful time and made my life easier.
