She took the time to answer all my questions never rushed me didn’t matter how many times I called her she got on the phone asap . Even after getting the insurance through her I call her and she takes the call or gets right back to me . Linda was honest not a sale person who tells you what you want to hear and changes numbers . She was upfront and gave me a great quote and saved me money . She’s very knowledgeable and loves what she does it’s apparent. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her . She’s amazing ! "This review is way over due! I contacted Sandra’s State Farm office in August to make the switch before my next billing cycle with the old company in September. We ended up doing both home and auto insurance. I saved quite a bit of money and was able to obtain even better coverage on both ends. The staff in this office are very friendly and accommodating. The person I was dealing with was so kind, I felt like I had known her for years in the short time we spoke. She was going to be away for a week and we had a tight deadline. "Horrible experience w State Farm- wanted to switch due to Home Insurance only. They wanted me to bundle even though my car insurance was less. I switched against my better judgment believing what the rep said that I'd save in the long run. I paid the price for not listening to myself. Not only did I never benefit from this minus the home insurance, they dropped every ball they could and couldn't care less. First they never sent my home insurance to the mortgage company after I made the payment. I had to call 2x to make sure it was finally done 3 weeks after they instated the policy- extremely unprofessional and careless. Then, I lost a discount for not properly hooking up the drive and save bacon so the car insurance went up a lot more than my original quote. I explained that it said it the set up was completed, but no- still lost the discount and had to pay 100$ more. They said its only 100$ and next month my bill would be normal. Now this month, its still more because the 2nd car is being penalized for not setting it up properly. Again today the rep said, it's ONLY 20$ more. It's ONLY 100 or 20 because its not your money. The worst part was that the deal never was what they told me before I switched. They did not keep their word. Very dishonest business practice. Not very neighborly. The only thing that mattered was my money, not my satisfaction or even fairness. I don't think it was right that the discount was taken away because it was not set up when it said it was. It was my first time using it, but that didn't matter. Only to get my money. Well you got enough from me. Never again, lesson learned."

"Google review would have to add more stars to truly measure what Sandra and her team does, 5 is not enough. Every time I have ever needed anything, Janice was more then willing to help. Questions, documents needed, etc. I would have what I needed in my inbox before we hung the phone up. I would highly recommend switching to Sandra and her team, I am glad I did."
